Directives

This is about implementing new directives.

Laravel

• run php util/CreateDirective.php --name=[name] --processors=[targets]
• edit the created files to implement them
• run php composer.phar buildGraphql to regenerate the code.
• applications will need to run php artisan modelarium:publish
